Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which GEER HOLDINGS LLC (“GEER HOLDINGS”) will consider refunds for consulting services. It applies in addition to any specific terms set out in the applicable statement of work or proposal.
2. Nature of Consulting Services
Consulting services involve the dedicated time, expertise, and analysis of our team. Once work has commenced, fees correspond to the time and effort already invested in the engagement.
3. Refund Structure
- Before work commences: If you cancel an engagement in writing before any work has begun, fees paid will be refunded in full, less any non-refundable third-party costs disclosed in writing.
- After work commences: Refunds will be calculated on a pro-rated basis, reflecting the work performed, time invested, and deliverables issued through the date of cancellation.
- Completed deliverables: Fees attributable to deliverables that have been completed and accepted are non-refundable.
4. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@geerholdings.com with the engagement reference and the reason for the request. We will acknowledge receipt within five business days and respond substantively within fifteen business days.
5. Dispute Handling
We are committed to resolving disputes constructively. If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of a refund request, the matter will be escalated for review by firm leadership. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be handled in accordance with the Governing Law section of our Terms & Conditions.
